Today, 3R Games operates as part of the PlayWay Group, with their latest release achieving sales exceeding 100,000 copies. In 2019, he pioneered the first unmanned retail store in Poland under the Take&GO brand. In 2022, he joined the Empeiria project based in the UAE, contributing to the development of a decentralized digital identity infrastructure for enterprises. He has collaborated with industry leaders such as Orange Polska, PwC, EY, and Microsoft throughout his career.
